OCTOBER 15, 1974
~---The meeting was called to order at 7:42 P.M. be Chairman Linde.
Members present: Chairman Linde, Trautmann, Stoffel, Soleim, Hallberg, Hirchert.
Members absent: Tanner, Kramer.
The Stoffel Committee presented the following recommendations
regarding the utilities section of the Capital Improvements Program.

Moved by Trautmann, seconded by Stoffel to accept the committee report regarding
he portion of the Capital Improvements dealing with utilities. 7 Ayes - 0 Nayes.
Mr. Huberty submitted a letter to the City requesting that the Planning
Commission reconsider his request for a Special Use allowing a
basement apartment. His letter states that he would close his barber
shop in his basement if the Planning Commission will reconsider the
previous denim for the basement apartment. In addition Mr. Huberty
has agreed to construct the necessary off-street parking for the basement
apartment. Moved by Hirchert, seconded by Soleim to schecule apublic
hearing for Nov. lg, 1974 regarding a Special Use Permit for a basement
apartment. 7 Ayes - 0 Nayes.
Moved by Soleim, seconded by Hirchert to change the Nov. 11
Planning Commission Meeting to the 1Zth of Nov., 1974 because
of Veterans Day. 7 Ayes - 0 Nayes.
Commissioner Trautmann left the Council Chambers at 9:30 P. M.
Commissioner Hirchert left the Council Chambers at 9:55 P.M.
3oleim moved, Stoffel seconded to adjourn the Planning Commission
Meeting at 10:17 P.M. Vote - 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes.
