I was previously on the Hastings Arts Task Force, we created the Arts and Culture Commission. I want to continue my experience helping our community through the arts. I’d like to experience the completion of a project start to finish, like the mural downtown. SupplementalInformation Employer: Hometown Ace Hardware Occupation: Sales Associate What experience would you bring to the Commission? Through my job I practice my communication skills and work ethic every day! I am very personable and many people, in and outside work say that I carry myself like an adult. I love talking with people, and sharing experiences, and finding common ground with all different types of people. I am an artist myself, a link crew leader in school (this is a program to welcome incoming freshmen and help guide them throughout their first year), an honors student since 7th grade, I have participated in our very own marching band, all of us coming together for one common purpose.
