APPROVAL OF MINUTES Chairman Stoffel opened the Public Hearing which was continued from the last Planning Commission meeting at 7:32 P.M. Mr. Sieben, since the last Planning Commission meeting, has submitted new drawings of his proposed duplex. These new drawings are of a duplex with a 3 bedroom unit up and a 1 bedroom unit down. A variance of 1408 square feet for the lot size would be needed alt~ng with a variance of 6.5 feet for the lot width. PUBLIC HEARING - SPECIAL USE PERMIT & VARIANCES - AL SIEBEN 1424-1426 TYLER STREET Name Comment s Tony Kramer At the last meeting, there were some concerns about drainage and also where the property lines are located. A1 Sieben This proposed duplex would be replacing the present building and it would be less square footage than the present building; therefore there would be no increased volume of runoff. In addition a survey will be done at the time permits are issued. Tony Kramer Since Mr. Sieben would not be creating any additional drainage problems and he is willing to have a survey done on this property, I would go on record as favoring this duplex. I know no one in the neighborhood likes the dilapidated building which is at this location. Bob Balitz My questions have been answered in regards to drainage and Mr. Siebenand myself can work this out.
