The Z~ningOfficer made reference to the Flood Plain
boundaries indicated on the map of the Welchs property.

He felt that the boundaries were not fairly designated
and stated that he could not vote on this rezoning as he
had personal feelings regarding the flood plain issue.
ConnRssioner Terrell felt the flood plain boundaries were not
defined clearly enough and also voiced a concern that the
people buying property in the flood fringe might not be
aware of the additional building constraints the flood
fringe designation puts on a piece of land.
