APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Planner explained that all zoning requirements were
met, with the exception that the applicants were
requesting a two year extension o£ time for the surfacing
of the parking area. He also commented that the zoning
ordinance would require a fence or hedge to screen the
parking area. Several Planning Commission members
indicated that there has never been a problem with the
church~s gravel parking lot in the past, especially since
the property on which the church sits is quite large.
Commissioner Reuter asked if 16th Street was proposed
for crossing the property. The Planner indicated that
no such plans currently existed. The applicant indicated
that they would propose to increase the size of the gravel
parking area at this time, but that the surfacing would be
in two years.
