Mr. Loucks noted that the newly adopted duplex regu-
lations should be reviewed because of the difference
in standards between new construction and conversions.
A primary administrative problem with ordinance is
that under existing provisions, a developer could
construct a new single family home, and then
convert it to a duplex, and thus circumvent the
intent of the ordinance.
Following a brief discussion, it was agreed that
Planning Commissioners will study the matter and
review at their meeting of April 23, 1984.
Motion by Commissioner Conzemius, seconded by
Commissioner Simacek to adjourn at 9:05 P.M.
