The architect, Mr. Wolersturf said that they were planning 84 units with underground parking. The neighbors objected to building within 40 feet of their property line. The new plan pulled the buildings back 150 feet from the residential property lines. This plan sacrificed any future expansion room. Planner Loucks noted that the City needs a fire land and access easement through the property. He said that there will be 100 feet of land left over between what Haven Homes requires and the property lines of the existing residences. The City could keep or sell this strip to either the neighbors or to Haven Homes. He added that if the City Council declares this property surplus, Haven Homes will come back to the Planning Commission with a more detail proposal. i.
