HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-09 Section 110.09 Bowling (2) ORDINANCE NO. 2012-09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS, MINNESOTA AMENDING SECTION III, CHAPTER 110, SECTION 110.09 OF THE HASTINGS CITY CODE PERTAINING TO: BILLIARDS POOL AND BOWLING BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hastings as follows: Chapter 110, Section 110.09, Billiards, Pool, and Bowling of the Hastings City Code are hereby modified as follows: § 110.09 BILLIARDS, POOL, BOWLING. (A) License required. It is unlawful for any person to keep or maintain any peak bill —ard, sneele4� prethef game table, or- any bowling alley(bowling lane), available for public use without first having obtained a license from the city. (B) License fees. The annual fee for each peel, billia-`l, eker-, other game table bowling alley(lane) all be established by ordinance.
