MINNESOTA AMENDING SECTION III, CHAPTER 110, SECTION 110.09 OF
THE HASTINGS CITY CODE PERTAINING TO:
BILLIARDS POOL AND BOWLING
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hastings as follows:
Chapter 110, Section 110.09, Billiards, Pool, and Bowling of the Hastings City Code are
hereby modified as follows:
§ 110.09 BILLIARDS, POOL, BOWLING.
(A) License required. It is unlawful for any person to keep or maintain any peak
bill —ard, sneele4� prethef game table, or- any bowling alley(bowling lane), available for
public use without first having obtained a license from the city.
(B) License fees. The annual fee for each peel, billia-`l, eker-, other game table
bowling alley(lane) all be established by ordinance.

licenses shall be for the period of one (1) year and shall expire on June 30 of each year,
regardless of when the license was originally issued. Thereafter, all licenses eligible for
renewal,will be renewed for one(1) year. (Prior Code, § 5.31) (Am. Ord. 2009-05, 3rd

ALL OTHER SECTIONS SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED
