HomeMy WebLinkAboutIV.C. 1 HEDRA Resolution No. 2022-11 - Approving Exclusive Land Sale Negotiations of PIDs 19-63950-00-010 and 19-63950-00-021 with Mint Development, LLC through September 10, 2022CITY OF HASTINGS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA HEDRA RESOLUTION NO. 2022-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE HASTINGS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HEDRA) AUTHORIZING EXCLUSIVE LAND SALE NEGOTIATIONS BY AND BETWEEN MINT DEVELOPMENT, LLC AND THE HASTINGS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR PROPERTIES IDENTIFIED AS PID 19-63950-00-010 AND PID 19- 63950-00-021 THROUGH MAY SEPTEMBER 10TH, 2022. WHEREAS, the Subject Properties are identified as PID 19-6395-00-010 and PID 19-63950-00- 021; and WHEREAS, HEDRA has identified the Subject Properties are one of the target redevelopment areas within the downtown area; WHEREAS, the City has received preliminary development plans from Mint Development, LLC and Mint Development, LLC desires to refine the proposed project to align with HEDRA redevelopment goals for the property; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that HEDRA takes the following actions related to the sale of property identified as PID 19-63950-00-021 and PID 19-63950-00-010 1) HEDRA will negotiate exclusively the sale of the Subject Property with Mint Development, LLC through September 10th, 2022. ADOPTED BY THE HASTINGS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY THIS 10th DAY OF MARCH, 2022.
