HEDRA Resolution No. 2022-01 - Authorizing SignatoriesCITY OF HASTINGS DAKOTA AND WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA HEDRA RESOLUTION NO. 2022-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE HASTINGS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HEDRA) AUTHORIZING INDIVIDUALS AS DESIGNATED SIGNATORIES FOR PURPOSES OF AUTHORIZED BANKING TRANSACTIONS WHEREAS, HEDRA conducts many banking transactions throughout the year with a variety of financial institutions; and WHEREAS, most of these financial institutions require written notification as to the authorized signatories for HEDRA; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 469.096 requires that all checks be signed by the Treasurer and at least one other office named by HEDRA and that the check must state the name of the payee and the nature of the claim that the check is issued for; and WHEREAS, HEDRA designates the following as authorized signatories for authorized banking transactions: HEDRA President __________ HEDRA Treasurer __________ HEDRA Assistant Treasurer Chris Eitemiller HEDRA Secretary Eric Maass NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that in the absence of the Treasurer, the Assistant Treasurer would be authorized to sign in place of the Treasurer. The Secretary would be authorized to sign unless the checks are signed by the Assistant Treasurer.
