Resolution No. 08-05-21: Emergency Operations Plan Wietecha summarized previous discussions of the Emergency Operations Plan and detailed training opportunities for Councilmembers and City staff. Council discussion on the frequency of past enactment of the plan. Council also discussed the value of the training in understanding roles and authority in emergency situations, as well as when and how Council engages. COVID-19 & Delta Variant Wietecha updated the Council of the COVID-19 and Delta Variant in Dakota County and actions the City has taken. Council discussion on reinstalling the plexiglass barriers in Council Chambers and following the lead of Dakota County actions. 2. Closed meeting pursuant to Minn.
