As part of the pr,acess of explainin§ the proposed Final plat ~.armening brought the 3ommissioners at*enfion to ,an issue as ye? unresolved between the developer and !(ach Refinery. The Refin<~ry currently possesses an easement, 110~ in width, alan,s the sou-Kh~;rn border of the propose~ plat for two axistin~ pipelines tha~ pass through the area. The developer has requested that the refinery r3duce the width of th is e~se:~3nt to 6~ in order to accomodaKe the proposed platting. R-;finery has not as yet determined if they are willinq to take the action r~,ques~,ad by the developer. Planning InTern Jorgenson indicated that Lee lo~;I ler was requesting a iaome occu}ation pernit to al iow bin to operate a video ~aping service out of his home located at 1313 W. lath Street.
