A. Presentation: Open To Business
Natalie Mouilso our Business Advisor from Open To Business will be present to
provide a recap of programs and services provided.
B. Preliminary Land Credit Sale and Concept Plan - Simply Secure Storage -
Smurawa
Please see the attached staff memo for further information.
C. Discuss Potential Sale - Parking Lot - 317 East 3rd Street - Luke Siewert

D. Resolution: Authorize 2021 HRA Levy
The maximum HRA levy of .0185 percent of taxable market value is sought. The
maximum levy amount is consistent with past years. HEDRA activities would
continue to be funded through a maximum assessment of the HRA Levy and
through the HRA and Industrial Park Fund Reserves.

ACTION: Adopt Resolution 2020-06 authorizing the 2021 HRA Levy.

C. Development Update
The Confluence - Exterior work continues with replacement of roofing and
windows. Brick tuckpointing is nearly complete.
Heritage (Sieben) Ridge - 116 home sites, half villa homes, half traditional
single family. Located west of General Sieben Drive and south of St
Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. First phase of nine lots under construction for
the Spring Parade of Homes.
Vermillion Acres - 75 unit senior housing facility located at 1090 County
Road 47. Contains 60 assisted living and 15 memory care units. Planning
Commission will review on November 9th. Upon action by the Planning
Commission, City Council would review on November 16th.
