IV. PRESENTATION – HPAAC Community Arts and Culture Plan Representatives of the Hastings Prescott Area Arts Council (HPAAC) and its consultant, Brenda Kayzar, will present information on the Community Arts and Culture Plan process. The presentation will focus on the evolution of the project and work performed to date. V. BUSINESS A. Award Contract - Wood Encapsulation - Hudson Manufacturing The specific details of the contract to perform cleaning and encapsulation of environmentally contaminated joists and ceilings within the former Hudson Manufacturing Building at 200 West 2nd Street are being negotiated. Terms of the final contract will be distributed as soon as they are available. B. Consider Actions Related to Real Estate Option Agreement with Rungoli LLC (Panache) Please see the attached memorandum for further information. C. Approve Evaluation of Special Legislation for TIF Please see the attached memorandum for further information. V. REPORTS AND INFORMATION A. The Confluence Update  Pay Application No. 5 for Parking Ramp remitted to Confluence on 9/27.  Structural steel for the deck is scheduled to arrive by 10/4 and will be erected soon after.  Wood sealing and encapsulation work awarded by HEDRA 10/10.
