RESOLUTION 04- -19
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING ACCEPTANCE OF AND APPRECIATION OF
A DONATION TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Cynthia Gerlach has presented to the City Parks & Recreation
Department a donation of $800.00 and has designated that this donation be used for a
memorial bench to be placed in a City Park or on a City Trail; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of the donation and commends
Cynthia Gerlach for her civic efforts,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hastings, Minnesota;
1. That the donation is accepted and acknowledged with gratitude; and
2. That the donation will be appropriated for a memorial bench to be placed in a
City Park or on a City Trail; and
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted on the 15st day
of April 2019.
