IV. BUSINESS A. Authorize Signature: Amendment of Development Agreement and Reassignment of TIF – Guardian Angels – CommonBond Communities Please see the attached Memorandum outlining the request of CommonBond Communities in conjunction with acquisition of the Guarding Angels Apartments and Townhomes located at 208 East 4th Street. B. Preliminary Review of Potential Lot Sale – Creek Rentals – Lot 3, Block 2, Hastings Industrial Park No. 7 Please see the attached Memorandum outlining the request. No formal action is required at this time. V. REPORTS AND INFORMATION A. Great River Landing Confluence Development continues to finalize building plans. Further updates will be provided at the meeting. B. Panache Cidery Staff continues to meet with Panache to refine plans and to establish a purchase price for the property. C. Economic Development Coordinator We have made a conditional offer to fill the vacant Economic Development Coordinator position and are finalizing background information on the candidate. We hope to have the individual on board by April 1st. D. HEDRA Workshop We have postponed scheduling the HEDRA workshop to include attendance by the new Economic Development Coordinator. New potential meeting dates will be sent out for HEDRA review. E. Reschedule April 11th HEDRA Meeting I will be at a conference and unable to attend the April 11th HEDRA Meeting. We can discuss alternative dates at the meeting.
