Regular Meeting
Commissioner Schultz called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Greil, Schultz, Stotko, and Strauss
Commissioners Absent: Anderson, Donndelinger, Harrington
Staff Present: City Planner Matthew Weiland, Associate Planner Kris Jenson
2. Approve February 14th, 2000 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner Greil asked that the spelling of his last name be corrected, from AGriel@ to AGreil@.
3. Public Hearing - Bailey Ridge
Planner Weiland stated that the Public Hearing had been rescheduled for the next Planning Commission meeting,
March 27, 2000.
4. Updates and Other Business
Planner Weiland stated that he had received the resignation of Commissioner Donndelinger, so a search would
begin for a new Planning Commissioner to take her place.
On Tuesday, March 14th, there will be a neighborhood meeting regarding the Arbor Oaks project being developed
by CommonBond Communities. The meeting will take place at the Community Room at City Hall, and all
Planning Commissioners are welcome to attend.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
