Minutes of December 14th 1998
Regular Meeting
Commissioner Schommer called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Schommer, Flom, Donndelinger, Schultz and Strauss
Commissioners Absent: Anderson and Harrington
Staff Present: Zoning Administrator, Matt Weiland.
2. Minutes:
There being no additions or corrections the minutes of the November 23rd, 1998, Regular Planning Commission
Meeting were approved.
3. Wallin Development Sketch Plan
Zoning Administrator Matt Weiland presented background information related to this item.
Planning Commissioner Discussion
The Planning Commission was pleased with the new concept plan.
Planning Commission Action:
Commissioner Schultz made a motion and Commissioner Donndelinger made a second to make a
Recommendation to the City Council to approve the Wallin Concept Plan based on the following
conditions: (Attached)
Upon vote taken, Ayes, 5; Nays, 0. Motion Carried
5. Updates and Other Business:
City Planner Matthew Weiland informed the Planning Commission that they would discuss the 1999 Planning
Commission members and the Officers for that Commission in early January 1999.
Adjournment:
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:25m and the Planning Commission reconvened
for a Comprehensive Plan Workshop.
Comprehensive Plan workshop.
City Planner, Matthew Weiland presented information on the Comprehensive Plan work done to do date and
discussed what still needs to be done.
