PUBLIC HEARINGS Glendale Heights - Rezoning~Preliminary Plat #2002-53 to rezone 80 acres from A - Agriculture to R-3 - Medium High Density Residence (Planned Residential Development) and subdivide property into 123 lots and 6 outlots for single family, townhome, and future apartment uses located along Spiral Blvd east of Hastings Industrial Park by Hertog & Crist. Pleasant Acres First Addition - Preliminary Plat #2002-55 - to subdivide property into 7 townhome lots located between Pleasant Court and North Frontage Road by Habitat for Humanity.
