Mtg. 2025 Hastings, Minnesota November 4, 1976 The City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota met in a special meeting on Thursday, November 4, 1976 at 4:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, which was called by Mayor Petersen for the purpose of canvassing the election returns from the General Election held on Tuesday, November 2, 1976. Members present: Councilmen Fischer, Erickson, Trautmann, Schnirring, Latch, Hallberg, Novak, and Mayor Petersen. Members absent: Councilman Kramer. Councilman Erickson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ON GENERAL ELECTION #ddt-?6 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota: That the results of the canvass of votes in the several Wards of the City of Hastings, Minnesota, at the General Election held there on Tuesday, November 2, 1976, and the results of the said election by the City Council be and the same are declared to be as follows: 1st 2nd 3rd 4th MAYOR WARD WARD WARD WARD TOTAL Donald Hallberg 463 667 824 887 2,841 Walter E.
