The City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota met in a
special meeting on Monday, April 23, 1984 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall.
Members Present: Councilmen Karnick, Nesbitt, Klimek, Pike,
Plan, Kulzer, Trautmann, and Mayor Stoffel.
Members Absent: Councilman Werner.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor for the purpose
of awarding the bid for $650,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds and
awarding the bid for $1,150,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds.

AWARD BID GENERAL
OBLIGATION REFUNDING
BONDS - SERIES 1984
Affidavit showing publication of notice of call for
bids, on $650,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds for 1984,
for the City, for which bids were to be awarded at this meeting
was, presented. The affidavit was found to comply with the
provisions of Minnesota Statute, Chapter 429 and 475, and was
approved and ordered placed on file.
The Council proceeded to receive the bids for the
sale of the bonds. The following bids were received:
