CITY OF HASTINGS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 10--12 A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING ACCEPTANCE OF AND APPRECIATION OF A DONATION TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, Stephanie
Rowh and Family have presented to the City Parks & Recreation Department a donation of $300.00 and have designated that this donation be used for a memorial tree to be placed at the
Hastings Civic Arena; and WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of the donation and commends Stephanie Rowh and Family for their civic efforts, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by
the City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota; 1. That the donation is accepted and acknowledged with gratitude; and 2. That the donation will be appropriated for a memorial tree
to be placed at the Hastings Civic Arena; and 3. That the 2012 Parks and Recreation Budget be adjusted accordingly. Adopted this 15th day of October, 2012 ________________________________
