Stoffel to change the date of the Public Hearing on the pro-
posed assessments for the Westview Mall Lighting Project. The
original date of January 7, 1980 at 7: 30 P.M. to be changed to
January 21, 1980 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council ChaniJers.

Moved by Councilman Collins, seconded by Councilman
Trautmann to grant a rate increase to Hastings Sanitary Disposal,
Inc. fran $5.00 per roonth to $6. 50 per roonth for curbside refuse
pickup for residential custaners, effective January 1, 1980.

Moved by Councilman Trutna, seconded by Councilman
Stoffel to appoint Edward J. Kranz as the Responsible Authority
