Moved by Councilman Collins, seconded by Councilman Trautmann to grant a rate increase to Hastings Sanitary Disposal, Inc. fran $5.00 per roonth to $6. 50 per roonth for curbside refuse pickup for residential custaners, effective January 1, 1980.
