Manbers present: Trautmann, Trutna, Liska, Stoffel, Shannon, Karnick, Collins, Legler, and Mayor Petersen. Members absent: None. r '!he Mayor called for corrections or additions to the minutes of the meeting of Septeni:>er 17, 1979 and hearing none declared the minutes approved as presented. . '!he Mayor called for corrections or additions to the minutes of the special meeting of Septerrber 28, 1979 and hearing none declared the minutes approved as presented. The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider the vacation of Rosanary Lane between 14th Street and Pleasant Drive within Dakota Hills 5th Addition at 7:32 P.M. The legal notices of the hearing were read into the record. No one appeared in opposi tion to the street vacation. The Mayor closed the hearing at 7:34 P.M. Moved by Counci1man Trautmann, seconded by Councilman Karnick to adopt resolution ~2-79 ordering the vacation of Rosemary Lane between 14th Street and Pleasant Drive within Dakota Hills 5th Addition. Ayes, 8; Nayes, none. I' The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider the proposal of Master, Inc. that the City assist in financing a project hereinafter described by the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, at 7: 35 P. M. The Company proposes to build and equip an addition to their existing facility located at 103 Tyler Street, Hastings. The legal notices of the hearing were read into the record. No one appeared in opposition to the proposal. The Mayor closed the hearing at 7:37 P.M. Moved by Councilman Stoffel, seconded by Counci1man Legler to adopt resolution #265 reciting a proposal for a ~ mercial facilities development project (Master, Inc.) giving preliminary approval to the project pursuant to the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development Act authorizing the submission of an application for approval of said project to the Conmissioner of Securities of the State of Minnesota and authorizing the pre- paration of necessary documents and materials in connection with said project. Copy of resolution on file in City Administrator's office. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota this of October, 1979.
