Ayes, 8; Nayes, none. MJved by Councilrmn Bond, seconded by Council- man Karnick, to approve the Home Occupation Permit for Gordon Anderson, 1804 Pine Street, to perform gun repair. MJved by Councilrmn Legler, seconded by Council- rmn Karnick, to table the Rear Setback: Variance and Minor Subdivision of Gerald Frandrup Jr., 1520 Ramsey Street, to allow tirre for persons in the neigh- borhood to be contacted. I MJved by Councilnnn Legler, seconded by Council- rmn Karnick, to approve a one (1) year titre extension for surfacing the driveway to the loading dock of Mr. Kramer's building in the Industrial Park. The proIIDters \\Quld pay $200 rent for this facility and they would handle all ticket sales, advertising, and announcing of this event. The City \\Quld receive all revenues from concessions.
