Menbers present: CounciJmen Legler, Kulzer, Trautmann, Pike, Karnick, Trutna, Klimek, Bond, and Mayor Stoffel. Members absent: None. The Mayor called for corrections or additions to the minutes of the lOOeting of April 6, 1981 and hearing none declared the minutes approved as presented.
