Menbers present: CounciJmen Legler, Kulzer, Trautmann, Pike, Karnick, Trutna, Klimek, Bond, and Mayor Stoffel. Members absent: None. The Mayor called for corrections or additions to the minutes of the lOOeting of April 6, 1981 and hearing none declared the minutes approved as presented. Moved by CounciJman Karnick, seconded by CounciJman APPROVE 8E.TBACK Pike to approve a variance fran the garage front setback require- VARIANCE DAVID CARI.S<:N ment of 20 feet to allow David Carlson, 509 E. 6th Street, to construct a garage ten feet fran the public right-of-way.
