Members Absent: Councilman Trutna. The Mayor called for additions or corrections to the minutes of the meeting of May 17, 1982 and the special meeting of June 1, 1982 and hearing none declared the minutes approved as presented. or-I OJ o CD CD <( Moved by Councilman Bond, seconded by Councilman Kulzer that the Board of Equalization meeting be adjourned. Moved by Councilman Kulzer, seconded by Councilman Karnick to accept bids and award contract for the 1982 Street Improvements to Cannon Valley Construction. Moved by Councilman Kulzer, seconded by Councilman Klimek to pass the third and final reading of Ordinance #127 amending Hastings City Code Section 9.72 having to do with the consumption of beer or liquor on streets and public property. Ayes, 7; Nayes, None. Moved by Councilman Karnick, seconded by Councilman Legler to approve the rural fire agreement as presented. Moved by Councilman Bond, seconded by Councilman Klimek to table the rural fire agreement for the Fire Committee of the Council to review.
