The City Council of the City of Hastings, Minnesota met in a regular
meeting on Monday, February 1, 1982 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall.
Members present: Councilmen Legler, Kulzer, Trautmann, Pike, Karnick,
Trutna, Klimek, Bond and Mayor Stoffel.
Members absent: None.
Moved by Councilman Trautmann, seconded by Councilman
Kulzer to approve the third and final reading of the ordinance
amendment request to allow an office, storage, and repair in
an Ag Zoning District. Ayes, 8; Nayes, none.

Karnick to change the Council Meeting date of February 15th to
February 16, 1982 due to February 15th being a legal holiday.

Kulzer to table the Bicycle Trails Maintenance Agreement
until the February 16, 1982 Council Meeting. Ayes, 8; Nayes,

Karnick to approve the hiring of Charles Paulson as a Full-
Time Fire Fighter, 6 month Probation and at the 1982 Union
Rate. Effective date of employment 2-1-82. Ayes, 8; Nayes,

the Police Department. Specifications would be written allow-

to authorize the advertisement for bids for the Downtown Redevelopment
