Council Action Requested: Enclosed for Council consideration is a request from the Hastings River Run Committee (YMCA/United Way) for the City to provide temporary traffic controls along
Pleasant Drive between Featherstone Road and County Road 42 for the Hastings River Run. The City would provide traffic cones, barricades, and mark temporary parking restrictions on the
aforementioned portion of Pleasant Drive in order for the event to take place between 6am and 11am on Saturday, July 21st. Background Information: The City has honored requests for the
supply of its traffic control devices for non-profit organized events of similar magnitude and traffic management complexities. Financial Impact: N/A Attachments: The formal request
