Street City Council Action Requested: Table the request until the May 7, 2012 City Council meeting. Background Information: The applicant has requested that the City Council table this
request until its May 7, 2012 meeting to allow him time to better prepare. Property owners were mailed notice of this tabling request. Financial Impact: None Advisory Commission Discussion:
The Planning Commission voted to recommend denial of the home occupation permit (6-0). One member of the public spoke at the meeting who was partially opposed to the proposal. Staff
