presented, timeline for upcoming ordinance amendments, and future follow up on any proposed initiatives Pam Pontzer, 613 Wets 6th Street, thanked the Council and staff for the attention
to the issue. Mayor Hicks noted that items regarding vacant housing registration and parking on improved surfaces ought to be discussed with the Public Safety Committee of the Council
It was noted that the City responds on a complaint basis; residents with property maintenance concerns should contact City Hall. Schultz, Balsanek to approve the recommendations as presented
