Resolution 2-12-12—Proposed Parking Restrictions for 12th Street Between Pleasant Drive and McAuliffe Elementary School Egger introduced the item Discussion about the extent of the restrictions. Balsanek expressed a desire to consider a complete parking ban on the north side for safety reasons Schultz, Nelson to approve as presented 6-1; Balsanek voting against B. Community Development 1. Authorization to Consider Charter Amendment: Section 1.03—Ward Boundaries Mesko Lee introduced the item There was discussion about some proposed changes to square off Ward 2, Precinct 2’s southern boundary along 14th Street.
