Ramsey St Richard & Pamela Thorsen The HPC will be recommending that the City Council adopt several amendments to the Design Guidelines. Many of the changes proposed are to reflect typical
decisions that the HPC has made consistently in the past. Some were a result of comments from citizens regarding decisions the HPC has made. Finally, some of the guidelines are just
being clarified. The proposed amendments are attached.
