Council Action Requested: 1. The City Council is asked to approve two reappointments to the Heritage Preservation Commission: a. Sara Wittgenstein – Reappointment– 1/1/12 to 12/31/14
Commissioner Wittgenstein has served on the HPC for less than one full term since 2009 b. Amy Martin – Reappointment– 1/1/12 to 12/31/14 Commissioner Martin has served on the HPC for
three terms since 2003. Background Information: Since Commissioner Martin has been serving for at least 3 terms, the position had to be advertised prior to reconsidering her. The HPC
also has a new vacancy due to Commissioner Frank LaBreck not wishing to be appointed to a second term. Martin’s and LaBreck’s positions were advertised for over a month with no applications
being received. Financial Impact: None Advisory Commission Discussion: The HPC recommends reappointment of both Commissioners. Council Committee Discussion: None Attachments: None
