Requested: The City Council is asked to appoint a member to the Planning Commission. Three candidates will be interviewed for the position by Planning Committee Chair Alongi and Planning
Commission Chair Peine prior to the meeting. Staff will present the recommended candidate at the meeting. The candidate would fill the vacancy created by Dennis Peine’s departure due
to term limits. The candidate would serve a two year term until December 31, 2012 and be eligible to serve a total of three, two year terms. Background Information: N\A Financial Impact:
