Dir and Sham Moynihan, City Attorney The Mayor called for corrections or additions t the minutes of the regular meeting on April 6 1992 and hearing none declared the minutes approved as presented. This is approved as recommended by the Plannin Commission subject to the following conditions A. The proposed structure and accessory items including, but not limited to, the parking lot and landscaping shall be completed pursuant to the approved site plan. Upon request for occupancy of the building, all uncompleted items contained within the site plan shall be addressed pursuant to the escrow requirements contained within the site plan review provisions of the city's Zoning ordinance (section 10.24). B, The applicant/ owner shall provide off site parking which satisfies City Code requirements. C. The applicant /owner shall satisfy all Uniform Building and Fire Codes. Ayes; Nags, None. The proposed structure and accessory items including, but not limited to, the parking lot, front facade and sine be completed pursuant to the approved site plan. Upon request for occupancy of the building, all uncompleted items contained within the site plan shall be addressed pursuant to the escrow requirements contained within the site plan review provisions of the city zoning ordinance (Section 10.24. No action was takenG City Administrator Csberg reminded Council o COMMENTS the City of Hastings Day at Koch Defining on Thursday, FPM COUNCIL May 7, 19 92 , STAFF City Administrator Osberg stated the s ubservice investigation has been started at the Local Oil building; and also the removal of title and carpeting has been started in the old Courthouse and bathhouse. Rage Apr 20 1992 Councilmember Hicks thanked KDWA for assistance when a complaint came in on a sewer drainage problem which was then resolved. Councilmember Riven ss addressed issues on the Three Rivers Frailer Park regarding "Children laying" signs and the storm shelter being locked. H also questioned when the lights at the tennis courts should be turned off. Mayor Werner informed Council of an Appearance Ordinance regarding residential and commercial propert that will be coming to them at a future meeting.
