Members Present: Councilmemlier Johnson, Simacek, Trautmann, Hicks and Mayor Werner Members Absent: Councilmem per Riveness and Warner Counoilmernber Johnson introduced. the following resolution and moved its adoption. No. RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS of ELECTION SWMEM PWL Q MSTION BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the C of Hastings, Dakota and Washington County, Nfim esota, that it is hereby found, determined and declared that the election held in and for said City on November 8, 1994, was 'in all respects duly and legally called and held and the returns thereof have been duly canvassed, and the votes east at said election for and against the following question were as follows: "Shall the City of Hastings, Minnesota, be authorized to issue its general obligation bo in an am ount not to exceed $2,000,000 for the construction of a swn*=ing pool for the City?"
