Street East, Hastings, Minnesota. Members Present: Councilmember Johnson, Simacel , Trautmann, Hicks, Warner, Riveness and Mayor Werner Members ers Absent: None Staff Members 'resent: Dave Osberg, City Administrator; B arb Thompson, City Clerk Mike 'Wozniak, Community Development Director; and Shawn Moynihan, City Attorney Mayor Werner asked for corrections or additions to the APPROVAL minutes of the regular meeting of October 3, 1 994 and hearing none Off' NMSITIES declared the minutes approved as presented. Mo by Councilmember Riveness, seconded by Councilmember HYDRO PLANT Simacek to authorize the City of Hastings entering into an Agreement with STUDY H R Engineering for completion of an Ecoa LOMic Study, review of existing AG REFAIENT operations and assistance with purchase agreement negotiations in an amount not to exceed $15,000. 7 Ayes; lays, lone. Moved by Councilmember Simaee , seconded by Councilmember Warner directing City Staff to begin the process of endu.ctxng a survey on the following parcels: 1, 14th Street Ponding Basin off Tierney Drive - 1.75 acres NW Ponding Basin /North Frontage RUTH 55 Property - 1.25 acres 4. Sum.r, er McNamara/Bailly St. Property - 7.5 acres 5 . Certain portion SW Ponding Basin/Prairie & 15th St. - 0.7 acres 6 . East side of the SW Ponding Basin - 2.25 acres 7. Vest of 14th Street Po Basin -- '3.25 acres Moved by Councilmember Hicks to annend the previous motion to delete Parcel No. 1. Motion dies for lack of a second. A vote was then taken on the original notion. 6 Ages; Nays, Hicks City Administrator announced that on Tuesday, November 1, 1994 there will be a Finance /Budget Committee meeting at 7:00 p.m. Moved by Councilmember Riveness, seconded by Council ember Simacek to adjourn the meeting at 8:08 p.m. 7 Ayes; Mays, None.
