City Limits Development 1 Resolution No. 19 -94 - Join Hennepin Coop Purchasing Group Moved by Cou.n ilmemb r Warner, seconded by Councilmernber Hicks to approve the 1 st Reading of an O rdinance amending City Code Section 5.42, Mandatory Solid Waste Collection, by deleting existing Subd. 3 and renumbering the remaining paragraphs. This motion also calls for the 2nd reading and a public hearing for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 1994. Ayes; Nays, Johnson.
