Members Pre. ent : Cou.n ilmember Johnson, Simaee} , Trautmann, Hicks, Varner, Riveness and Mayor Werner Members Absent: None Staff Members Present: Dave Osber , City Administrator; Barb Thompson, City Clerk; and Shawn Moynihan, City Attorney City Administrator Dave Osberg updated City Council on the labor negotiation sessions conducted with the 4 9er' s , Police supervisor's and Police Officer's Unions. Discussion was held on strategy for future meetings with the union representatives.
