Council Action Requested: Approve making final payment to Pool Construction, Inc. for the pool plaster project as per our agreement. Background Information: On June 15, 2009, City Council approved a bid by Pool Construction, Inc. in the amount of $196,000 to replace the plaster at the Hastings Family Aquatic Center. As part of our agreement with Pool Construction, Inc. we would like to now issue the 3rd and final installment of their payment in the amount of $9,800. This amount has been verified by our consulting engineer and staff has verified that prevailing wages were paid. Financial Impact: This is the final payment of a project that was originally budgeted for in 2009.
