The Planning Commission is asked to hold a public hearing to consider a rezoning request
from William Otting as follows:

1)Rezone 600 7 St East from Industrial (I-1) to Residential (R-2).
Background Information:
Mr. Otting is requesting the rezone in order to build a home on the site.
The 2030 Comprehensive Plan designates this property as Medium Density Residential.
