HomeMy WebLinkAbout20110207 - VI-08Council Action Requested: Enclosed for Council approval is a request from Christian and Cindy Schnaith of 700 Stn Street W for the City to pay the cost to repair their sewer service line and assess this cost back to the property. With similar requests for utility service repair, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement and waiver of assessment appeal for property owners to sign, spelling out the conditions and terms of the assessment and protecting the City from an assessment appeal. The Council is requested to approve the Schnaith's request for the City to fund the sewer service repair and assess this cost back to their property under the condition that he first enter into an assessment agreement with the City.
