Hearing none, the minutes were approval as presented. Presentation Youth Recycling program Brett Bell of Waste Management presented a recycling check to the City for $241.68. A recycling cheek for $601 was presented to Hastings Drama Club. The item was considered in two separate actions: Remove past assessment against flo dplain areas Moved by Councilmember Bl vd , seconded by Councilrneinber Nelson to approve the action as presented. Ayes; lays, none. Accept payment of deferred assessments In exchange for waiving accrued interest past the term of project bonds There was general discussion on the potential to sot precedent on other Green Acre properties and whether partial payment today was preferable to full payment in the fature. Moved by Councilrnember Schultz, seconded by Couneilnnember Hollenbeck to approve the action as presented. 4 Ayes (Schultz, Hollenbec , Hicks, Slavil ; 3 Nays Alongi, Balsane , Nelson). Approve 2030 Comprehensive Plan Moved by Councilmernber Alongi, seconded by Councilmember Balsanek to approve the Plan with changes to the Hastings Bridge language. 7 Ayes- Mays, none.
