Background Information: Periodically, City staff reviews the comprehensive fee ordinance. Attached are fee adjustments are being recommended for adoption. When reviewing, staff looks at incurred costs (external and staff) for providing the service. Financial Impact: Minimal; one fee (late fee) is proposed to decrease in some situations. Other fee adjustments are being proposed to capture staff and/or incurred costs for providing services. The fees for licenses, permits, municipal services, rentals and leases are set forth below.
