RESOLUTION NO. 10-___-10
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE NOVEMBER 2, 2010 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS,
the City of Hastings will be conducting both primary and general elections
this fall for municipal, state, and federal offices in 2010; and,
WHEREAS
, The City Council of the City of Hastings is required by MS 204B.21, Sec.
2, to officially approve the appointment of election judges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
, by the City Council of the City of Hastings
that the names listed on Exhibit A, hereto attached, are the official Election Judges for the City
of Hastings, General Election, November 2, 2010 with the understanding that amendments may
be necessary to the appointments in order to fill vacancies.
