Item: Authorize Signature: License to Encroach - 1706 Tyler Street
Council Action Requested:
The City Council is asked to authorize the City Attorney to draft a license to allow continuation
of a +/- 4 foot encroachment of a garage owned by at 1706 Tyler Street. The license would allow
for limited use of the encroaching garage, with the underlying fee title remaining with the City.
Please see the attached map for further information.
Background Information:
The garage was constricted in 2004. The existence of the easement was not noted on the pennit.
