The location would be on Bailey Street from the south end of the north parking lot to the dead end on the Kennedy side of the street only. To the best of my knowledge, the cars that are parking on the street are employees and parents of students. With parking on both sides the street becomes very narrow and it is difficult, if not impossible, for the District and the City to plow snow. In the past there has been parking on the street even on snow emergency days. It also makes it difficult to get out of the turnaround on the east side of Kennedy. By eliminating the parking on one side of the street in this area it should also prevent snow and ice ridges on the street. There is no need to park on the street when there is more than enough room in the parking lots. Incidentally, I would like the no parking to start at 6:00 a.m. because of Kids Kampus at Kennedy.
