RE: Simmons Trust Transfer
DATE: August 27, 2010
Per the agreement between Dakota County Historical Society (DCHS) and the City, 50%
of the revenues from the three funds which consist of the Leduc Mansion’s operations,
Simmons Trust and the Simmons Residuary Trust are to be transferred to DCHS for the

city’s share of the programs. For the 1 & 2nd Qtr the amount to be transferred is
$12,259.06 from the C. Simmons Trust fund, $1,897 from the Residuary Trust.

Recommended Council Action
Approve the transfers from the C. Simmons Trust funds to the Leduc Mansion
operations fund.
