Home My WebLink About20100719 - VI-02VI -2 CITY HASTINGS COUN T S of DAKOTA & WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO, 7- fl A RESOLUTION ADOPTION OF PRE4ARY ELECTION JUDGES & WAGES FOR 2010 WHEREAS, the City of Hastings will be conducting both primary and general elections this fall for municipal, state, and federal o 'i ; and, WH 1EA.S, The City Council of the City of Hastings is required by MS 204B.21, See. 2, to officially approve the appointment ent f election judges; and WHEREAS, the City Council must set the wages for the judges as Drell, which will remain the same as ghat was approved in 2008 MOW, THE F RE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hastings that the names listed on Exhibit A. hereto attached, are the official Election Judges for the City of Hastings, Primary Election, August 10, 20 10 and said judges sh lI be paid at the rate of $8.25 per hour as an Election Judge and $9.25 per hour as a Lead Judge, with the understanding that amendments may be necessary to the appointments ent in order to fill vacancies.
